Evaluation & Assessment

Our assessment system ensures that each child’s progress is continuous, comprehensive, and constructive. We follow a three-term academic calendar (June–April) with unit tests, term exams, and an annual examination.

Structure:

  • Unit Test: July
  • II Unit Test: August
  • Quarterly Exam: September
  • III Unit Test: November
  • Half-Yearly Exam: December
  • IV Unit Test: January

Final Result Weightage:

  • Unit Tests – 25%
  • Term Exams – 25%
  • Annual Exam – 50%

In Kindergarten, there are no formal tests — instead, teachers observe daily progress, creativity, and participation, sharing feedback through detailed progress reports.

Academic Mentorship & Guidance

Teachers at St. Martin’s are more than instructors — they are mentors and guides.Regular counseling sessions, academic tracking, and skill workshops help students overcome their challenges and discover their strengths.

Parents are partners in this process, and we believe that together, we can ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Our goal

“Excellence is not a skill, it’s an attitude.” — Ralph Marston

Our goal is to help every student think critically, act responsibly, and dream fearlessly. Through a balanced blend of academics, ethics, and empathy, we prepare them not just to score well — but to live well.
